1. I have a secure credit application form that comes free with my 3rd party vehicle listings. It is hosted on a secure https:// page. So, do I really need your credit application too? Can't I just link to this one?

Don't let your customers use those forms! Those emails, containing your customer's sensitive data, are not encrypted and could possibly be intercepted and read. It does not make any sense to host an https:// secure form, and then just send all of the data unencrypted over the internet. We use 2048 bit RSA encryption, the highest commercially available, for true email security. If the company hosting the form did not send you a certificate / key to install in your email client, i.e. Outlook, Outlook Express, etc., to decrypt the messages, then they have been sent to you unsecured.

2. We don't have anyone at at our dealership that is very familiar with the web. Can you help us with everything from registering our domain name to taking and uploading vehicle photos?

Absolutely! Personal service is what sets us apart. Just leave it to us and we will help you find and register a great domain name, work with you through the website building process to best showcase your dealership, teach you the ideal settings to use for your camera, train you on using our inventory management system, and help you set up your e-mail programs to use your custom e-mail addresses.

3. We have an old website that is completely outdated. Can you move our domain name to a new Dealer Web Host website?

We can not only point your existing domain name to the new website, but also incorporate any existing content you want to utilize from your old site into the new site as well.

4. You state that there are no set-up fees, no long term agreement, and a free, 30 day trial period? What would stop me from having you go through all the trouble of building a site and just canceling as soon as the trial period is over?

There is nothing that would stop a dealership from doing that but we have never had it happen. We are so certain that you will find your new website to be an integral and successful part of your dealership's sales and marketing plan, that we confidently and completely take any risk out of your dealership signing up.

5. How does the mobile text message feature work? Are there any additional fees for the messages?

Any time a form is filled out and submitted on the website, whether it is a credit app, contact, form, wish list request, or test drive request, you have the option of being notified within a few minutes by a text message to your mobile phone. Your mobile phone carrier will charge for the text messages at normal rates, depending on your plan with them.

6. Our dealership does not have a logo. Can you help us with that?

We will be glad to create something for you at no charge but it will likely be relatively simple. For a great custom logo that will help you better brand your dealership for years to come, we recommend using a professional logo company. We will be glad to give you some recommendations, depending on your budget.

7. I have compared what you are offering to a dozen other auto dealer website developers. How are you the lowest priced? Where is the catch?

There is no catch. We make a profit, but only by keeping customers with us for the long term. It definitely puts all of the risk on us but we prefer it that way. Are we worried? Heck no! But, our competitors may be...

8. Most of the other dealer website companies use some sort of template. How can I be sure I am getting a completely custom site?

We build every site from scratch with completely custom graphics. You know it is an original site because we use your input, by what you like or dislike, during the creative process. From the color scheme to vehicle images, graphics, etc., we work with you to build the most professional online presence for your dealership.

9. I really like the vehicle graphics you use on your site. Are they stock photos? Are you sure they are legal to use?

Most of the photographic images used on our sites are photos exclusive to Dealer Web Host™. In some cases, we use a combination of our exclusive photos and other licensed images. In all cases, they are legal to use in your website.

10. How hard or how long does it take to export my vehicle data and photos to Autotrader.com™ and Cars.com™?

Exporting your vehicle data and photos to Autotrader™ and Cars.com™ could not be any easier. Simply press a button labeled "Export" and you are done!

11. Can I use the custom e-mail addresses @mydomain.com with any e-mail program?

Yes, we can give you detailed instructions for most e-mail programs including MS Outlook™ and Outlook Express™

12. My last website was on a shared server and was continually down. Are your websites on some sort of shared server as well? What is your uptime guarantee?
